I don't want users of cynic to pay the cost of compiling lalrpop, so I've removed the dependency from
cynic-parserinto a separate binary that can be run as & when the grammar changes.The output of lalrpop is now committed to the repo, with the
build.rsrenamed so I can resurrect it for easier dev as & when needed
